At certain times of year our Camp Store does double duty as our Back-To-School Store as well. Don't worry, you're in the right place.

Most orders placed for items in our Camp Store leave our facility in ONE BUSINESS DAY, at no extra charge. It's our standard practice to personalize and ship all our camp orders the day after we receive them.

That means that if you place your order online or by phone by 3:00pm Eastern Time, Monday-Thursday, we'll get it into our computers, out to production and on it's way to you by the next afternoon. Orders received on Fridays and after 3:00pm Eastern time on Thursdays will be shipped the following Monday.

Please remember, that while we can get your order out of our building in one day, you should still allow enough time for the package to get to your location. We ship from Connecticut. The farther away from Connecticut you are, the longer it will take for your order to reach you.

We offer faster shipping methods through UPS and the Post Office. Some of these expedited services may be necessary if you are in a real time crunch. In these situations, we strongly recommend calling us at 1-800-654-5210 to discuss your options. Keep in mind that these services are more expensive than our standard shipping rates. We know that when you're getting ready for Summer Camp or Family Vacations you have a lot to think about and coordinate, from planning to packing and everything in between. We want to ease some of that burden by doing all we can to make sure you have the things you need quickly.

A Helpful Tip:
A high temperature is ideal for ironing in your name tapes. Use a handkerchief or clean rag between the iron and the garment to prevent scorching. After you've ironed your name tapes allow them to cool, then use your fingernail to try to peel up the corners. If the corners come up easily re-apply the iron as needed until the name tape is firmly stuck.
